Roll forming machines are designed to handle with max. material thickness below 5.0mm, and optimal 45# grade steelwill be used to make roll forming tools, and when we produce roll forming equipment min. material thickness over 1.4mm, we will apply Gcr15 bearing steel for the manufacturing of roll forming tools. Mostly for some accurate rolling forming machines, we will Gcr12mov, in some places, they call it also as D2, it is very hard material to be used as Nail.
We design and produce each every components of our roll forming machinery with 100% efforts and energy to make sure each part on the equipment can work at perfect conditions. All the rolling tools will be made through rough machining, fine machining, mirror polishing treatment, heating treatment (tempering and quenching), and surface coated with hard chrome; some rollers will have extra blackening treatment.
Actually barely is there any equipment we produced a standard equipment, and almost each every part on the machinery are customized, excluding electrical components, therefore we applied and were approved with CE certificate for European markets and the electrical motors also have respective required standards for some regions or areas, like UL and CSA certificate for US and Canada.
A cold roll former is designed to form various bending shapes from metal, almost any metals can be handled by our machine, like copper, aluminum, stainless steel, hot-dipped galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel, prepainted steel, coating steel etc; on our insulated sandwich panel production lines, there are insulated materials will be handled as well, like EPS/XPS block, Rockwool strips and Polyurethane (PU) foam etc.

Our standard production time is normally 90 working days from the date the deposit is received, but sometimes clients may change minds on the technical drawings provided, and it shall take time to negotiate. Normall the machine needs 15 days to finish the whole frame and roller design and then get the confirmation from customer. If all parts confirm no problem, we can put machine into production.
And for some sophisticated equipment or heavy-gague machine, like a highway guardrail roll forming machine generally requires at least 90 working days, therefore the exact shipping date shall be confirmed before the designing f machine.
Before delivery, we will do the seriouly testing to make sure the machine can work very well, this also need time.
We load our equipment to 20ft OR 40ft containers (some equipment may require special container) with nude packing. Some auxiliary equipment are put in a plywood case and loaded in LCL.
Yes, we will send technicians or engineers to buyer’s end if requested for the installation, commissioning and training service as soon as equipment has arrived. Before our technicians or engineers arrive at your place, please make sure to make raw materials ready, flooring base ready, electricity ready, hydraulic oil ready and your own operators ready.
Users have to regularly fill lubricant oil to chains of chainwheel, bearings, speed reducer, and cutter tracks etc. The forming rollers should be kept clean.

If the engineer also can not handle the machines well, we will deliver the machine back and send the new one to you at once. We do work seriouly and the promise is seriouy also.
